Being responsible for our lives means more than just taking responsibility for our actions, which society expects of us. We must also take responsibility for our inner emotional state, for our energy, and for the body, we manage.

Responsible techniques are divided into 6 areas of responsibility for:

  • impact and activities in the environment,
  • body, emotions and energy,
  • development of one’s identity and knowledge,
  • balancing the desire for security and the experience of life,
  • allocating one’s own energy and time, and
  • ethics and nature.
