How effectively do we make a suggestion?

Suggestions can be made on a verbal (e.g. “sitting”) and nonverbal (pointing to a chair) level. The differences between suggestions (targeting the unconscious level) and commands (targeting the conscious level) are particularly important.

The techniques consist of body language techniques, facial expressions, the use of voice, anchoring and touching, and the composition of verbal suggestions and are divided into 6 thematic areas.
